Wetsuit

Leisure Tank is a DIY indie rock power duo from NW London. Female singer/songwriter and guitarist K.C. and drummer Budi left Berlin to form this vibrant rock band in 2014 after touring Europe as folk duo ‘K.C. McKanzie’ for ten years. Leisure Tank is raw, minimalistic, analogue rock with unpredictable song structures and heavy, danceable grooves. K.C.’s voice and poetical lyrics have been compared to the early PJ Harvey, Anna Calvi and Leslie Feist. Their debut album ‘WetSuit’ was partly recorded on Budi’s 8-track tape machine in Berlin and partly in London’s famous Space Eko East Recording Studio by Alex McGowan (Tiger Lillies, Son of Dave, Jah Wobble)
