Perfect for snorkeling! I bought these for snorkeling and walking on rocky beaches. They worked very well and I highly recommend them. I don’t know how they hold up after many uses but they seem to be well-made and durable.Several reviews I read complained that the insole comes out. I think it’s supposed to do that so you can properly rinse the sand out of the shoe. Mesh is not real I am very disappointed in these shoes. Six years ago I bought my first pair of Speedo water shoes. They have been fantastic. I have worn them nearly every day, on dry land, with complete comfort and satisfaction. Now they are worn out, and I had hoped this pair would be the replacement. Unfortunately, not.
