Practice Roll: a Continuous Roll of Rice Paper (600″ – x – 12″)
Continuous roll of machine-pressed raw rice paper that has bleed resistant qualities similar to Double Shuen (Xuan) paper. Chinese Brush Painters and Sumi-e Artists truly enjoy the ease of painting with ink and color. This paper also has been popularly listed for backing cloth for book making; as well as successful uses in surfboard applications. Sugar and rice and everything nice! The roll of paper arrived three hours prior, a single bright point in what had otherwise happened to be a most dreary day, largely due to the tremendous downpour which threatened to overwhelm our establishment, indeed, our very livelihoods….and the paper was here!
