This is going to be perfect, My niece who is a very tiny 3 … This is going to be perfect , My niece who is a very tiny 3 year old needed a size 7 to properly fit her. But they were out of 7 so I got a size 8 . I also purchased swim socks so I think they will fill in perfectly and she will have another year or so before she grows out of them. They seem sung against her tiny legs even without the socks. She weighs only 25 pounds and will be 4 in 3 months. So what I was worried more then anything is they would be too big around her legs but again they fit…
