The Men’s 4 / Womens 5 fits a women’s size 6 1/2 perfectly. I just received these a day ago and have ONLY tried them on thus far, but because the sizing is confusing I wanted to at least get in my experience with that. Hopefully making it easier on others who are trying to figure out what sz to get. I am a woman w/ sz 6 1/2 feet, I bought the MENS SZ 4/ WOMENS 5. They fit perfectly! Snug but not too tight.
