Order up 2 sizes!! Size up! A lot! I am 5’6″ 170 lbs and usually wear a size L, sometimes XL, size 12, sometimes 14. Based on info posted and reviews, ordered a size 12… Huge mistake! I want to try the size 14 but I’m not even sure that will fit! It actually hurt my arms to wear it was so tight. I was able to zip it, but the fit was comical to say the least! Just what I hoped it would do I needed a neoprene jacket to hopefully protect me from the weather. My organs and muscles cramp up and my joints lock up sending me to the floor in pain whenever a front comes through but if I hide under the blankets, I don’t feel a lot and spandex pants shield me from the humidity that makes me itch terribly.
