Great Mount – Poor Instructions This product was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a product to store a 32 foot ladder out of the way and this product did just that. The instructions were clear and I was able to install the product in about 30 minutes. The most time consuming part of installation was running the rope. I like the design where the two pulleys synch together for the lift. I have set up the lift to raise 4 ladders out of my way. Now I am able and happy to move them. I did not like the short rope as if did not allow me to lift the ladders to the top of my Barn (12 Feet). Moreover, I was the only one in the family that could actually pull the rope to lift the 4 ladders up that high. I found my application was way to hard for my Wife and/or my son to pull it up.
