Insanely tight neck, loose sleeves. I have a 36″ chest, 30.5″ waist, and I’d say my neck and biceps are solidly average for an athletic-but-not-pumped guy, so I ordered a men’s medium, which I always wear including in UA and Tesla compression shirts.
